We offer free worldwide shipping on all Tattoo Rugs. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs at checkout; the price you see is final.

Ready-made rugs: These rugs are already made and ready to ship, so your order usually leaves our studio within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-order rugs: Custom pieces take more time, as each rug is created specifically for you and handcrafted from scratch by skilled artisans. They typically ship within 3-4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you’re located, we deliver directly from our studio to your doorstep through trusted international couriers.
Is express shipping available?
Yes, express delivery is available for ready-to-ship rugs. For custom orders, it depends on the production timeline. If you need your rug sooner, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Which carriers do you use for delivery?

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your rug arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or suitable resolution, with no unnecessary delays.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Do you allow returns or order cancellations?
We do not accept returns.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
